My name is Edina, and I have been working as a senior leader, mentor, and coach for over a decade. I am incredibly passionate about what I do and was trained at the renowned Ashridge Hult International Business School as a relational coach. My special interest areas are coaching senior leaders, founders, and executives with ADHD or high-functioning autism, as I have personal experiences in neurodiversity and relate to the challenges people with unseen and often undiagnosed conditions can experience. I make time for my clients and understand their challenges prior to a coaching session. Witnessing a client achieve a milestone, whether it is successfully overcoming a fear of interviewing, gaining confidence in a leadership position, or managing work-related stress, is the most rewarding aspect of coaching for me.

Relational Coaching

Getting impartial support should always be there

01

What is relational coaching?

Relational coaching is a dynamic approach to personal and professional development that emphasizes building strong, trusting relationships between coach and client. Relational coaching delves deeper into understanding the individual's values, beliefs, and motivations. It recognizes that meaningful change often occurs within the context of supportive connections and meaningful dialogue.

02

How can relational coaching help you?

Relational coaches work collaboratively with their clients to explore perspectives, challenge assumptions, and cultivate self-awareness. Through empathetic listening, open communication, and mutual respect, relational coaching fosters a safe and empowering environment for growth and transformation.

03

What are the areas I can help with?

I coach in the following areas:

  • senior leadership

  • stress management at work

  • interview/career change

  • coping as a working Mum

  • business founders

  • leaders with ADHD, high-functioning autism

How do we start?

I always suggest booking a consultation to discuss the objectives, understand and align the support I can provide, and agree on the number of sessions needed. I will send you an information pack containing details about prices, contracts, and packages if you require multiple sessions.

My Journey

Ready for a Change?

It has been a significant journey for me to get to become a relational coach. I had worked as a senior leader in the Information Technology sector, progressing from a junior to a director-level position. Throughout the decade, I encountered numerous challenges both professionally and personally. Balancing my responsibilities as a working mother to three children while advancing professionally hasn't been easy.

In my pursuit to manage these challenges, I developed strategies that aided me and decided to pursue studies in relational coaching to find work-life balance and help others. Despite being qualified, it took me several clients and nearly two years to determine the specific application of relational coaching I wanted to pursue. Given my enjoyment of business development and mentoring as a senior leader, I opted to focus my coaching efforts on these areas.

I assist founders in business development from the idea stage to profitability, coach clients who are anxious about interviews, aid senior leaders in stress management while ensuring they allocate time for themselves amidst their busy schedules, and I also help working mothers learn how to juggle it all. I feel humbled when they choose me as their coach to support them through their hurdles. I dedicate not only my coaching skills but also my life and work experiences to helping my clients succeed.
