As the founder of P&P Coaching, I draw upon my unique expertise and personal journey, specializing in the complex challenges of achieving work-life balance. I'm dedicated to helping you become more efficient, less overwhelmed, and ultimately more relaxed and happier.
If I could share the most challenging three years of my life, it would be the time when I was raising my 6-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter, attending evening lectures four nights a week at university, and working in a high-pressure leadership role during the day. Those three years taught me that without careful planning, organization, and task management, I would never have graduated. But they also showed me that these skills can be learned by anyone, as long as you have the motivation, resilience, and determination.
After three years as an executive coach, I decided to specialize in this area after witnessing how many of my clients struggled to balance being great employees, successful founders, and maintaining strong relationships. Many of us want to excel in every aspect of our lives. However, as life's demands have increased over the past decade, so have daily distractions, making it harder to stay focused in a world where instant responses to emails and messages are expected. It's no wonder we often feel overwhelmed.
Drawing on the relational coaching techniques I acquired at the world-renowned Ashridge Hult International, I offer a compassionate approach and customized strategies to help you achieve a better work-life balance, increase productivity, and ultimately create more time for what truly matters to you—whether that’s spending time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a good book.
